About This Role

Cognizant is hiring Graduate Trainees across India as part of its 2026 off-campus recruitment program. This is a full-time, entry-level position for 2024 and 2025 graduates from any stream. Selected trainees undergo a structured induction program before being deployed to live client projects. Role Context

Cognizant's Graduate Trainee program is designed to build a pipeline of business process and technology professionals from the ground up. Trainees spend the first 60–90 days in Cognizant's Academy, a dedicated training division that covers domain knowledge, client tools, communication skills, and process certification. After training, you are deployed to a client account team where you work under a senior process associate or analyst. Career growth follows a clearly defined band structure — Graduate Trainee to Process Associate to Senior Associate within 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities — After Deployment

Handle assigned process tasks as per client SOP and quality benchmarks
Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets
Communicate effectively with team leads and quality reviewers
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the account
Complete internal compliance and process certification modules on time

Eligibility

Any graduation — BA, B.Com, BBA, BSc, B.Tech all accepted
2024 or 2025 pass-out (or final-year students with result before joining date)
No active backlogs at the time of application
Minimum 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and graduation
No prior employment at Cognizant
