Cognizant is hiring Process Executives for its Chennai delivery center as part of its 2026 recruitment drive. This on-site role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BPO, data processing, or back-office operations. Role Context

Cognizant's Business Process Services division in Chennai handles operations for global clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, and retail sectors. As a Process Executive, you will be assigned to one client account and trained on that process end-to-end. The work is target-driven but structured — each team has defined SLAs, a team lead on the floor, and a quality reviewer who provides daily feedback. Shifts are rotational and the office is located in a well-connected business park with cab and cafeteria facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned back-office or voice/non-voice process as per defined SOPs
• Maintain accuracy and turnaround time targets set by the client SLA
• Update transaction records in the client-specific tool or internal CRM
• Flag exceptions, errors, or out-of-scope items to the team lead immediately
• Complete daily activity reports and submit to team lead before shift end
• Attend process training refreshers and compliance modules as scheduled

Requirements

• Any graduation (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc) — 2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Basic computer proficiency — MS Office and internet navigation
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including evenings
• Immediate joiners preferred
