Amazon Seller Support Executive Work From Home – India Remote Jobs

About This Role

Amazon is hiring Seller Support Executives for its India remote team. In this role you will assist Amazon's marketplace sellers — small businesses and individual sellers — in resolving account issues, listing problems, and payment queries. This is a work-from-home position with structured shifts. Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or B2B support is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are also considered.

Role Context

Amazon Marketplace has hundreds of thousands of sellers in India. Seller Support acts as the single point of contact when a seller cannot list a product, has a payment hold, or needs account verification support. Unlike customer-facing roles, seller support requires a slightly more technical and process-oriented approach. You will use Amazon's Seller Central tools and internal case management system throughout your shift. English and Hindi proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries from Amazon Marketplace sellers via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot listing issues including suppressed listings, content violations, and category restrictions
• Resolve payment holds and disbursement delays by coordinating with internal finance teams
• Guide sellers through account verification, brand registry, and policy compliance
• Escalate complex account suspension or IP claim cases to the specialist team
• Maintain case quality standards and meet daily resolution targets

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc all accepted)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Typing speed: 35 WPM minimum
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or marketplace operations is a plus
• Own laptop or desktop — Windows 10 or Mac OS Monterey and above
• Broadband: 20 Mbps wired connection
