Amazon is hiring Seller Support Executives for its India remote team. In this role you will assist Amazon's marketplace sellers — small businesses and individual sellers — in resolving account issues, listing problems, and payment queries. This is a work-from-home position with structured shifts. Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or B2B support is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are also considered.
Amazon Marketplace has hundreds of thousands of sellers in India. Seller Support acts as the single point of contact when a seller cannot list a product, has a payment hold, or needs account verification support. Unlike customer-facing roles, seller support requires a slightly more technical and process-oriented approach. You will use Amazon's Seller Central tools and internal case management system throughout your shift. English and Hindi proficiency is preferred.
