Role Context

As a fresher joining Amazon's Virtual Customer Service team, you will handle inbound customer contacts via chat and email for Amazon India shoppers. Your first two weeks are dedicated to learning Amazon's systems, policies, and communication standards. A dedicated buddy is assigned for your first 30 days on the floor. Performance is measured weekly so you always know where you stand and what to improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries about orders, deliveries, payments, and Prime membership
• Process refunds, replacements, and returns following Amazon's standard procedures
• Provide clear, empathetic responses to customer concerns in written English
• Use Amazon's internal tools to look up order history and account details
• Identify patterns in repeated issues and report to team lead
• Complete all assigned e-learning modules on time

Fresher-Specific Support

• 2-week paid induction training covering Amazon tools, policies, and soft skills
• 30-day buddy program pairing you with an experienced Associate
• Weekly one-on-one coaching with your team lead
• Access to Amazon's internal learning portal for skill-building

Requirements

• 12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Typing speed: 30 WPM or above
• Own laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above
• Stable home broadband: 15 Mbps or above
• Dedicated workspace free from background noise

Salary and Benefits

• Starting CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
