About This Role

Amazon is hiring Remote Operations Support Executives to work from home in India and assist its fulfillment center network. This desk-based, remote role does not require you to be physically present at any warehouse. You will coordinate shipment data, track inventory movement, and flag exceptions to operations managers — all from your home workstation. Freshers with good attention to detail and basic Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Role Context

India's Amazon fulfillment centers process thousands of orders per hour. Behind each smooth delivery is a support team that monitors dashboards, raises tickets for delayed consignments, and communicates between vendors and delivery stations. You will be part of this back-office operations support layer, working in coordinated shifts that align with fulfillment center activity hours. All work is done through Amazon's internal web portals — no specialized technical background required.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor real-time shipment and inventory dashboards for assigned fulfillment center zones
Raise tickets for shipment exceptions, delays, and discrepancies in Amazon's internal system
Coordinate with vendor teams and last-mile delivery partners via email and chat
Compile shift-end reports on order processing metrics
Escalate high-priority exceptions to the on-floor operations manager
Maintain data accuracy in inventory tracking sheets

Requirements

Graduation in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA all accepted)
Proficiency in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas
Good written communication in English
Laptop or desktop: Windows 10 or above
Broadband: minimum 15 Mbps wired connection
Availability to work in rotational shifts including early mornings
