Field Sales Executive – FMCG Distribution | Lucknow | Bike Required

About This Role

Sunrise FMCG Distributors is hiring Field Sales Executives to expand its retail distribution network across Lucknow and nearby districts. You will visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and kirana shops daily to take orders, ensure product placement, and grow the number of active outlets in your assigned territory. A two-wheeler is required. Freshers with a confident personality and good local knowledge are welcome to apply.

Role Context

You will be assigned a territory of approximately 80–120 outlets in Lucknow city or surrounding areas. Daily work involves visiting 20–25 outlets, taking orders on a handheld device, and reporting to the area sales manager. Beat plans are provided and targets are set on monthly outlet count growth and average order value. Transport allowance and mobile reimbursement are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily as per beat plan
• Take purchase orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with the depot
• Build relationships with shop owners and increase product visibility on shelves
• Add new outlets to the active customer base every month
• Collect payments from credit customers as per agreed terms
• Report daily sales activity and competitor observations to the area manager

Requirements & Skills

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory
• Good knowledge of Lucknow localities and market areas
• Confident communication in Hindi — English not required
• 12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
