About This Role

Fresher Hub is urgently placing Showroom Staff for a premium jewellery brand with established outlets across Delhi. The role involves assisting customers on the showroom floor, presenting jewellery collections, processing billing, and maintaining display standards. It is a customer-facing position that requires a composed, presentable approach and a genuine interest in retail sales.

Role Context

Each outlet runs with a team of 4 to 6 floor staff operating under the Store Manager. Footfall peaks on weekends and during festive and wedding seasons, where the team handles significantly higher customer volumes. Staff responsibilities shift between floor assistance, POS billing, and inventory checks based on daily requirements. Product knowledge on gold, diamond, and silver jewellery is developed through on-site training.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through available jewellery collections
• Understand purchase intent and suggest pieces aligned with budget and occasion
• Process cash and card billing using the showroom POS system accurately
• Keep jewellery displays clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Assist in stock counting, piece tagging, and end-of-day inventory reconciliation
• Handle exchanges and returns following store policy without escalating unnecessarily
• Build familiarity with repeat customers to support long-term sales relationships

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Prior retail or showroom experience preferred but not mandatory
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in direct customer interaction
• Comfortable handling POS billing and basic cash reconciliation
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English for customer-facing situations
• Willing to work 6 days per week including Sundays and public holidays
