About This Role

Fresher Hub is hiring Hindi Telecallers for an outbound sales campaign based out of Delhi. The role involves calling prospective customers from a pre-assigned database, presenting a financial product offering, and generating qualified leads or confirmations. This is an entry-level position well-suited to candidates who communicate clearly in Hindi and are looking to start in a sales or calling environment.

Role Context

You will work within a floor team of 10 to 15 telecallers, supervised by a floor coordinator. The campaign serves a financial products client with daily call targets ranging from 80 to 120 dials per agent. Call scripts and objection-handling guides are provided during a one-week training period before live calling begins. Consistent performers are evaluated for senior caller or floor coordinator roles within 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a pre-assigned lead database during each shift
• Present the product or service clearly and handle basic customer questions
• Record call outcomes and update lead status in the dialer or CRM tool
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets set by the floor supervisor
• Follow the approved call script while adjusting tone based on customer response
• Submit a daily call summary and conversion count to the team leader
• Attend morning briefings and scheduled product refresher sessions

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass or graduate preferred
• Fluent in Hindi with a clear and neutral speaking tone
• No prior telecalling experience required — full training is provided
• Resilient and positive when handling call rejections or unresponsive contacts
• Basic computer skills for CRM data entry and call logging
• Punctual and consistent — incentive payouts are tied directly to attendance

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month fixed salary
• Daily and monthly incentives on top of fixed salary
• 6-day work week with one fixed day off per week
