About This Role

Fresher Hub is hiring Part-Time Telecallers in Delhi for college students who want to earn a fixed monthly income during morning hours before their classes begin. The role involves outbound calling from a pre-assigned list, explaining service offerings, and capturing lead responses. Shifts run from 9 AM to 1 PM, leaving afternoons free for college.

Role Context

You will work alongside a floor team of 8 to 12 callers, all working the morning slot. The campaign serves an education or insurance client where calls are made to warm leads — people who have previously shown interest. Daily targets are moderate — around 60 to 80 calls per shift. Scripts are provided, and a senior caller is always available to assist with difficult conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call pre-assigned leads from the daily database during the morning shift
• Explain the service or product clearly using the approved calling script
• Record each call outcome and lead status in the CRM or calling sheet
• Flag hot leads to the team leader for immediate follow-up
• Meet the daily call target and submit a shift summary before leaving
• Attend a 10-minute briefing at the start of each morning shift

Requirements & Skills

• Enrolled in any degree program — 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students welcome
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is useful
• Comfortable making repeated outbound calls during a 4-hour shift
• Punctual and consistent — incentive eligibility depends on attendance
• No prior telecalling experience needed; one-day training is provided

Benefits & Work Conditions

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month fixed salary for the morning shift
• Additional daily and monthly incentives based on lead conversion
• Shift ends at 1 PM — full afternoon available for classes or study
