Role Context

Sales Strategy & Operations at Meta supports the account teams and sales leadership that manage relationships with advertisers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 brands. You will own specific analytical workstreams — such as quota modeling, pipeline forecasting, or sales productivity analysis — and present findings directly to VP-level sales leaders. The work requires the rigor of a finance analyst with the speed and adaptability of a startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sales performance models including pipeline forecasts, quota attainment, and revenue pacing
  • Design and automate reporting dashboards for sales leadership and regional teams
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales productivity, territory performance, and market opportunity
  • Support annual planning cycles including territory design and quota allocation
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to increase sales velocity
  • Partner with sales, finance, and data engineering teams on cross-functional analytics projects

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy consulting, or revenue analytics
  • Strong SQL skills; Excel modeling proficiency required
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management platforms
  • Ability to translate large datasets into concise, decision-ready sales insights
  • Comfort working with sales leaders and adapting communication style to the audience
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is a plus
