Meta
Meta is hiring a UX Researcher to generate the human insights that drive product decisions across its platforms. You will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and help product teams build products that genuinely serve the needs of a global and diverse user base.
UX researchers at Meta are embedded within product teams and own the research agenda for their area. You will run usability studies, diary studies, surveys, and interviews — often across multiple countries simultaneously — to inform features that affect billions of users. Researchers here are expected to influence product roadmaps, not just report findings, and are treated as full peers alongside PMs, designers, and engineers.
Researchers who are curious about human behavior at scale and want their findings to shape products used by billions of people. You are methodologically versatile, communicate with clarity, and are comfortable influencing product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Meta has one of the largest UX research organizations in the tech industry, with researchers embedded across every major product surface. Its scale allows for research that would be impossible at smaller companies — including studies spanning dozens of countries and user cohorts of millions.
Apply through Meta Careers. Search "UX Researcher." The interview includes a research proposal exercise, a presentation of past work, and a behavioral discussion with cross-functional partners.
