About This Role

Fresher Hub is hiring Part Time Virtual Assistants to support our client management team remotely. This work from home job is especially suitable for female candidates who want professional, desk-based work they can do independently from home. The role involves a mix of scheduling, email handling, basic research, and document management. No technical background is needed, but you should be comfortable working on a laptop and communicating in English.

Role Context

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support 1–2 Fresher Hub managers with their daily administrative workload. This is not a call centre job — you will primarily communicate over email and chat. You will handle roughly 4–5 hours of tasks per day, and your manager will brief you each morning via a short message outlining priorities. Female candidates are particularly encouraged because the team lead roster we are filling currently requires more female representation for client-facing communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise the manager's inbox — filter, label, and draft reply emails
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and follow-up calls using Google Calendar
  • Conduct basic online research and compile findings into a short summary document
  • Prepare and update simple presentations or spreadsheets when requested
  • Coordinate with vendors or candidates via email to collect documents
  • Maintain a task tracker and send a brief end-of-day status message
  • Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate in any stream (BA, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
  • Good written English — can draft professional emails independently
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop
  • Prior VA or admin experience is a plus but not required — freshers apply
