Role Context

Back office executives at Fresher Hub support our internal operations team by maintaining records, updating databases, and processing simple forms and documents. You will work within a small remote team of 8–10 people. Daily tasks are assigned through a shared project board (Trello or similar), and you will check in with your reporting manager once a day via a brief chat message. No video calls required unless there is a team review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain candidate records in the internal HR database
  • Process and verify submitted application documents
  • Prepare daily MIS reports using Excel templates provided by the team
  • Send standardized acknowledgement emails to applicants
  • Archive and organize digital files in Google Drive as per naming conventions
  • Flag missing or incorrect documents for follow-up by the field team
  • Assist with data clean-up tasks during month-end processing

Requirements & Skills

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (entering data, using filters, basic formulas)
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately without constant supervision
  • Good attention to detail — especially with names, numbers, and dates
  • Any educational background accepted — 10th pass to postgraduate
  • Consistent internet connectivity during work hours
