InfraWork Services is hiring Work From Home Back Office Executives to support operations for a telecom sector client. You will handle subscriber data, process service requests, and maintain records — all from your home computer. This is a full-time remote role with fixed working hours. Any graduate with basic computer skills is eligible. No prior telecom experience required as training is provided.
You will support a dedicated back-office team of 25 remote executives working for a telecom client. Tasks arrive through a shared queue system — you log in at your shift start time, pick up tasks from the queue, complete them, and mark them done. A team manager conducts a daily stand-up call (15 minutes) and is available on chat throughout the shift. Performance is tracked by task completion count and accuracy score.
