About This Role

InfraWork Services is hiring Work From Home Back Office Executives to support operations for a telecom sector client. You will handle subscriber data, process service requests, and maintain records — all from your home computer. This is a full-time remote role with fixed working hours. Any graduate with basic computer skills is eligible. No prior telecom experience required as training is provided.

Role Context

You will support a dedicated back-office team of 25 remote executives working for a telecom client. Tasks arrive through a shared queue system — you log in at your shift start time, pick up tasks from the queue, complete them, and mark them done. A team manager conducts a daily stand-up call (15 minutes) and is available on chat throughout the shift. Performance is tracked by task completion count and accuracy score.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new subscriber registration forms and update records in the system
  • Handle service request tickets — SIM replacement, plan changes, address updates
  • Verify submitted KYC documents and flag incomplete applications
  • Prepare end-of-day task completion reports for the team manager
  • Communicate with field agents via chat for document follow-ups
  • Maintain data accuracy above 98% as per client SLA requirements

Requirements & Skills

  • Any graduation completed — B.Com, B.A., BBA, or equivalent
  • Good typing speed — minimum 30 WPM
  • Comfortable with data entry in web-based software (training provided)
  • Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above and a stable broadband connection
  • Organised, punctual, and available for a fixed 8-hour shift
  • Freshers welcome — prior BPO or back-office experience is an advantage
