Courier Delivery Associate – Hyderabad | Last Mile Delivery | Bike Required

About This Role

QuickShip Express is expanding its last-mile delivery network in Hyderabad and hiring Courier Delivery Associates for parcel and document delivery across the city. Unlike food delivery, this role involves handling packages from e-commerce and logistics clients — deliveries are pre-scheduled and routes are planned, so the work is more organised and predictable. Own vehicle required.

Role Context

You will be assigned a fixed delivery zone within Hyderabad — typically 40–60 consignments per day depending on your zone size. Packages are collected from a centralised sorting hub in the morning and delivered throughout the day using a route optimised by our app. Most deliveries are pre-scheduled so customers are available — failed delivery rates are low. You return to the hub at end of shift to reconcile.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect assigned consignments from the sorting hub each morning
• Deliver packages to customers within the promised time slot
• Obtain digital or physical proof of delivery (OTP confirmation or signature)
• Handle cash-on-delivery collections and submit to hub at end of shift
• Update delivery status on the mobile app in real time
• Return undelivered packages to the hub with correct reason codes

Requirements & Skills

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad streets and localities
• Smartphone with internet access for the delivery app
• Honest, punctual, and reliable — cash handling involved
• 8th pass or above — no upper education limit
• Telugu or Hindi communication skills preferred
