About This Role
Progressive Consultancy is hiring Female Telesales Callers for a Flipkart client project on a permanent work-from-home basis. You will make outbound calls to existing and prospective Flipkart customers, promoting products, offers, and subscription services to drive sales conversions. This is a well-paying telesales role with a fixed salary of ₹35,799 per month for female candidates with good communication skills and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Flipkart customers to promote products, active offers, Big Billion Day deals, and Flipkart Plus subscription benefits
- Explain product features, pricing, and exclusive online deals to customers in a persuasive and customer-friendly manner
- Capture customer interest, handle basic queries, and convert call interactions into product add-to-cart or checkout completions
- Follow up on customers who abandoned carts or showed interest in previous campaigns
- Achieve daily and weekly call count and conversion targets as specified by the campaign manager
- Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead status accurately in the CRM tool after every call
- Maintain a professional, brand-consistent tone in every customer interaction on behalf of the Flipkart client
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduate degree; freshers are welcome
- Good spoken Hindi and basic English; knowledge of a regional language is a bonus
- Confident, clear telephone manner and a persuasive, friendly sales approach
- Basic computer skills for CRM data entry and call logging
- Reliable smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection for WFH calling
- Prior telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
