TradePath Distribution is hiring Wholesale Sales Representatives to manage and grow accounts within our national distribution network covering retail, foodservice, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned territory of wholesale accounts including retailers, restaurants, distributors, and commercial buyers
  • Prospect for and onboard new wholesale accounts through cold outreach, trade show attendance, and referral networking
  • Present product catalogues, seasonal promotions, and volume pricing structures to procurement managers and buyers
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules that are profitable for TradePath and competitive for the account
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and account growth targets for the assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate account records, opportunity logs, and sales activity reports in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and accounts receivable to ensure smooth order fulfilment and collections

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No college degree required — demonstrated sales performance and business acumen are the primary qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation, account management, and territory management skills
  • Reliable vehicle for field sales calls within the assigned territory; mileage reimbursement provided
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic order management platforms
