About This Role
HomeQuest Realty is recruiting licensed Real Estate Agents across the United States to join our growing sales team. Real estate is consistently ranked among the best-paying sales careers available without a four-year college degree — top agents earn six figures, and the barrier to entry is a state real estate licence, not a diploma. Key Responsibilities
- Generate buyer and seller leads through prospecting, referral networks, social media, open houses, and community engagement activities
- Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs, pre-qualification status, and home preferences; tour properties and guide clients to the right choice
- List seller properties by conducting CMAs, advising on pricing strategy, staging, and marketing, and coordinating professional photography
- Negotiate purchase offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of buyer and seller clients to achieve optimal outcomes
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, and lender timelines to ensure smooth closings within contract deadlines
- Maintain a pipeline of active leads, follow up consistently, and manage client relationships using a real estate CRM
- Stay current on local market conditions, MLS data, and state real estate regulations and disclosures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No college degree required — valid state real estate licence (or willingness to obtain one) is required
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a client-first sales orientation
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients at properties during evenings and weekends
- Comfort with social media marketing, CRM tools, and digital real estate platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS)
- Prior sales experience in any industry is highly transferable; real estate experience is a plus but not required
