About the Role
UPS is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipment scheduling, carrier communications, and freight documentation across one of the world's largest logistics networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipment pickups, deliveries, and carrier bookings
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation including BOLs and customs forms
- Liaise with warehouse teams to align inbound scheduling with capacity
- Maintain accurate records in TMS and report on KPIs weekly
Requirements
- 2+ years of logistics or supply chain coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS or WMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of domestic freight modes (LTL, FTL, parcel)
