About This Role
SalesForce India is hiring Evening Shift Retail Store Associates for partner retail outlets across Chennai. You will assist customers with product selection, manage store shelves, handle billing, and contribute to a positive in-store experience during the peak evening shopping hours. This is an ideal role for students, freshers, and part-time job seekers who are energetic, customer-friendly, and available for evening retail shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store, guide them to relevant product sections, and help them find what they need
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make confident purchase decisions
- Operate the billing counter, process cash and card transactions accurately, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards during the shift
- Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor and notify the store manager of low stock or damaged items
- Handle customer return and exchange requests per store policy with professionalism and efficiency
- Report daily sales figures, customer footfall observations, and any store incidents to the shift supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10th or 12th pass; freshers are welcome to apply
- Friendly, energetic personality with strong customer interaction skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic numeracy for handling billing transactions accurately
- Physical fitness for standing, walking, and stocking shelves during a 4–5 hour evening shift
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
