About This Role
SalesForce India is hiring Part Time Sales Promoters for evening shifts at retail stores, malls, and product kiosks across Chennai. If you are energetic, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with customers, this role gives you the opportunity to earn competitive incentives while promoting leading consumer brands during peak shopping hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers at designated promotional counters, kiosks, or retail aisles during evening hours
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and comparisons to drive purchase decisions
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets for product units promoted or sold
- Maintain an attractive, well-stocked promotional display or demo unit throughout the shift
- Collect and record customer contact details and purchase feedback in the provided forms or apps
- Report daily sales figures, footfall counts, and customer observations to the area sales coordinator
- Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and knowledge of the product range
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or pursuing graduation; freshers welcome
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication in Tamil and basic English
- Willingness to stand, walk, and engage customers for 4-hour evening shifts
- Prior sales promotion, field sales, or retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Presentable appearance and professional conduct expected at all promotional locations
What We Offer
- Part-time salary of ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month plus per-unit sales commissions
- Evening shift: 5 PM – 9 PM at assigned retail or mall locations in Chennai
- Weekly payouts for performance-based incentives
