About This Role
CareConnect India is hiring Remote Customer Support Executives to provide exceptional assistance to customers of leading e-commerce, SaaS, and consumer services brands from the comfort of your home. You will handle inbound queries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver friendly, professional support that builds long-term customer loyalty and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via chat, email, and voice channels, resolving queries within agreed response time and quality standards
- Accurately diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions
- Escalate unresolvable technical or billing issues to tier-2 support teams with complete context and documentation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system after each contact
- Follow support scripts and escalation matrices while adapting tone to match individual customer needs
- Identify patterns in customer complaints and share insights with team leads to help improve processes and product experience
- Participate in regular remote team meetings, quality calibration sessions, and product update briefings
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling time
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HSC freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (Hindi or a regional language) is a plus
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
- Comfortable with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and remote communication platforms
- Self-disciplined with the ability to maintain productivity and professionalism in a home work environment
- Prior customer support, BPO, or call centre experience is an advantage but not required
