About This Role

GrowthPath India is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive for its Bangalore team to acquire new corporate clients for its digital marketing and web services portfolio. This role focuses specifically on corporate accounts — companies with 50+ employees, structured procurement processes, and multi-service budgets. The sales cycle is longer than SME sales, involving needs assessment, proposal presentations, stakeholder alignment, and formal procurement approvals. It suits experienced B2B sales professionals who thrive in consultative, solution-focused selling environments.

Role Context

You will report to the Bangalore Sales Head and carry a quarterly new business revenue target for the corporate segment. Lead sources include inbound corporate inquiries, LinkedIn outbound, partner referrals, and events. You will work with the pre-sales and creative teams to build tailored proposals for each prospect. Account ownership transfers to the account management team post-signature, so your focus remains entirely on new business acquisition throughout the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target corporate accounts in Bangalore across technology, manufacturing, and professional services sectors
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client marketing goals, budget cycles, and decision timelines
  • Develop customized service proposals with input from the pre-sales and creative teams
  • Present proposals to marketing heads, CMOs, and procurement stakeholders with structured Q&A follow-up
  • Manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles from initial contact through procurement approval and contract signature
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with deal stage, stakeholder mapping, and next steps updated weekly
  • Attend industry events and marketing conferences in Bangalore to build prospect relationships and brand presence
  • Meet quarterly new logo revenue targets within the corporate account segment

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–6 years of corporate B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services, IT, or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals through structured procurement processes
  • Ability to present service proposals confidently to C-suite and senior marketing decision-makers
  • Strong consultative selling skills — listening, needs mapping, and tailoring solutions to buyer context
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for complex deal pipeline management with multiple contacts per account
  • Excellent English communication for formal corporate interactions and executive-level written proposals
  • Understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, paid media, and content marketing is a strong advantage
