About This Role

SalesForce India is hiring a Key Account Manager for its Mumbai office to manage relationships with the company's top-tier logistics and distribution clients. The role focuses on account retention, upselling additional platform modules, renewing contracts, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their subscription. This is not a new business development role — it is dedicated to growing and retaining an assigned portfolio of 15–20 established accounts with combined annual recurring revenue above ₹2 crore.

Role Context

You will report to the Head of Customer Success and manage the commercial relationship for accounts that have been using SalesForce India's logistics SaaS for at least one year. Your clients include operations managers, supply chain heads, and procurement directors at mid-market logistics companies. Quarterly business reviews are a core deliverable of this role, and you will be expected to present usage analytics, ROI evidence, and product roadmap updates that reinforce the value of the platform at each renewal cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the renewal, expansion, and health metrics for an assigned portfolio of 15–20 key accounts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders showcasing platform adoption and ROI
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and manage the commercial conversation to close
  • Coordinate with customer success and support teams to resolve escalated client issues promptly
  • Monitor account health indicators including product usage, NPS scores, and support ticket frequency
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and maintain churn below defined thresholds
  • Build multi-level relationships within each account to reduce dependence on a single contact
  • Feed client product feedback and feature requests to the product management team with context

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–6 years of key account management or customer success experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial renewals and upsell conversations with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to operations or supply chain decision-makers
  • Working knowledge of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, churn rate, and account health scoring
  • Comfort using CRM tools for account health tracking, renewal pipeline management, and stakeholder mapping
  • Strong English communication for senior client interactions and executive-level business reviews
  • Logistics or supply chain domain knowledge is a significant advantage for client credibility
