About This Role

GrowthPath India is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its Pune territory to sell digital marketing and website services to small and mid-size businesses. The role is field-based — you will visit 6–8 business locations daily, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, present service packages, and close new client accounts. Role Context

You will report to the Pune Sales Manager and cover an assigned sub-territory within Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Your daily schedule involves morning target planning, client visits from 10 AM to 6 PM, and CRM updates in the evening. The company provides a lead list from its marketing team, but the majority of activity is self-generated through cold walking, referrals, and local business directory prospecting. You will be expected to meet weekly visit minimums and monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 6–8 business locations daily within the assigned Pune sub-territory
• Identify decision-makers and introduce GrowthPath India's digital marketing and website services
• Present service packages using company-provided collateral and digital demonstration materials
• Handle objections, negotiate service inclusions, and close accounts within approved pricing parameters
• Complete CRM updates for each visit including outcome, next steps, and follow-up date
• Follow up on warm leads from previous visits and marketing-generated inbound inquiries
• Submit daily visit reports and weekly pipeline summaries to the Pune Sales Manager
• Meet monthly new client revenue targets and weekly minimum visit activity requirements

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of field sales or direct sales experience; experience selling services to SME owners preferred
• Comfortable approaching business owners cold and building rapport quickly in a face-to-face setting
• Ability to explain digital marketing and website services in simple, outcome-focused language
• Basic CRM or mobile app proficiency for visit logging and pipeline updates during field hours
• Own a two-wheeler for daily mobility within the Pune sub-territory
• Strong Marathi and Hindi communication; English proficiency for written reporting is helpful
• Physically fit for a daily field schedule covering multiple locations across the city
