About This Role

ConnectSales India is hiring Telecallers for its Mumbai outbound sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to warm and cold leads from a provided database, presenting financial product offerings, qualifying interested prospects, and passing confirmed appointments to senior sales advisors. This is a target-based calling role with structured scripts, daily call quotas, and clear incentive structures. Freshers and candidates with up to two years of calling experience are both welcome to apply.

Role Context

You will report to the Team Leader and work within a team of fifteen telecallers on the outbound financial products floor in Mumbai. Daily call targets range from 80 to 120 dials depending on campaign type. Scripts are provided but you are encouraged to develop natural conversation flow rather than reading word-for-word. Team Leaders conduct morning briefings, mid-day checks, and end-of-day performance reviews. This is a structured, measurable role where your daily contribution is visible and directly incentivized.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to provided lead lists for financial product campaigns
• Present product offerings clearly and handle common objections using trained responses
• Qualify prospect interest, affordability, and availability for follow-up by sales advisors
• Schedule confirmed appointments and log outcome details accurately in the CRM after each call
• Meet daily call volume, conversation rate, and appointment booking targets set each morning
• Maintain professional, friendly call conduct at all times and represent the brand positively
• Participate in morning role-play sessions and product knowledge updates as directed by Team Leader
• Escalate unresolved prospect complaints or unusual situations to Team Leader immediately

Requirements & Skills

• 0–2 years of telecalling or outbound sales experience; freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
• Clear and confident spoken communication in Hindi and Marathi — English is a plus
• Ability to stay motivated and maintain call quality across a full eight-hour shift
• Basic computer literacy for CRM data entry and call logging after each conversation
• Positive attitude, target orientation, and professional conduct under rejection
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday with one week day off in rotation
• Residents of Mumbai or neighboring areas preferred for daily in-office attendance
