About This Role

GrowthPath India is hiring a Business Development Executive for its Delhi office to drive new client acquisition for its digital marketing and web development services. The role involves identifying prospective clients, making introductory outreach, presenting service proposals, and bringing new retainer and project-based accounts on board. This is a pure new business development role — no account management or project delivery involved. The right candidate will be persistent, organized, and comfortable making sales calls to business owners and marketing managers daily.

Role Context

You will report to the Business Development Manager and work with a team of three BDEs covering Delhi NCR, Haryana, and western UP. Lead sources include a CRM with warm prospect data, LinkedIn outreach, trade association directories, and networking events. You will be responsible for your own prospecting funnel in addition to following up on company-generated inbound inquiries. The role involves both in-person client visits in Delhi and virtual meetings for out-of-city prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business prospects in target industries including retail, real estate, and education
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and email sequences to book discovery meetings
  • Present GrowthPath India's digital marketing and web development services to prospective clients
  • Prepare customized service proposals aligned to client requirements and approved pricing packages
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements with support from the BD Manager
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate deal stages, follow-up notes, and next-step dates
  • Attend industry networking events in Delhi to build referral relationships and generate warm leads
  • Meet monthly new client acquisition targets in terms of revenue and number of accounts signed

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or IT services
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners, marketing heads, and procurement managers
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise service presentations tailored to client business goals
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and negotiating fee structures within defined parameters
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and follow-up scheduling
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills for business meetings and written proposals
  • Self-starter with consistent daily activity habits and resilience through long prospecting cycles

  • Monthly fixed salary of ₹22,000–₹42,000 plus performance incentive on monthly revenue closed
