GrowthPath India is hiring a Business Development Executive for its Delhi office to drive new client acquisition for its digital marketing and web development services. The role involves identifying prospective clients, making introductory outreach, presenting service proposals, and bringing new retainer and project-based accounts on board. This is a pure new business development role — no account management or project delivery involved. The right candidate will be persistent, organized, and comfortable making sales calls to business owners and marketing managers daily.
You will report to the Business Development Manager and work with a team of three BDEs covering Delhi NCR, Haryana, and western UP. Lead sources include a CRM with warm prospect data, LinkedIn outreach, trade association directories, and networking events. You will be responsible for your own prospecting funnel in addition to following up on company-generated inbound inquiries. The role involves both in-person client visits in Delhi and virtual meetings for out-of-city prospects.
