This is a full-time remote position in which you will connect with prospective learners across India, understand their career goals, and guide them toward enrolling in the right upskilling programs. Role Context

EdTech inside sales is a dynamic and high-volume sales environment where the product you sell directly improves someone career trajectory. EdSpark India offers courses in data science, programming, digital marketing, and professional certification. Your role as an Inside Sales Associate places you at the center of the learner journey, acting as both an advisor and a closer. The sales cycle is typically short — ranging from one call to several days — making this an excellent environment to sharpen consultative sales skills quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a daily volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective learners who have expressed interest in EdSpark programs
  • Conduct need-assessment conversations to understand learners career goals and recommend suitable courses
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain engagement through the decision cycle
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through disciplined pipeline management and conversion optimization
  • Document all lead interactions and status updates accurately in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with the academic counseling team to address learner queries about curriculum and outcomes
  • Collect and relay learner feedback on product offerings to the marketing and product teams
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly sales huddles, and monthly performance reviews
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings, pricing, and placement outcomes for effective positioning

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required
  • 0–2 years of sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills and competitive drive are welcome
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage
  • Prior experience in EdTech, insurance, BFSI, or any consultative inside sales role is preferred
  • Comfort with high-volume calling and structured daily sales routines
  • Goal-oriented with the resilience and motivation to hit and exceed monthly targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications for documentation and reporting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace suitable for professional phone calls
