About This Role

ProspectHub USA is hiring motivated and articulate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our B2B pipeline across a portfolio of SaaS and technology products. This is a full-time remote position in which you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for senior account executives. You will be the first touchpoint in the sales process for enterprise and mid-market prospects and will play a direct role in shaping the revenue trajectory of the business.

Role Context

ProspectHub USA serves as an outsourced sales development arm for a growing portfolio of B2B technology companies. Our SDR team operates across a range of verticals including fintech, HR tech, and marketing automation. You will be trained on sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling and Challenger Sale, equipped with leading prospecting tools, and given clear expectations and support for quota attainment. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and video outreach
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within the ideal customer profile
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established BANT or MEDDIC criteria
  • Book a consistent volume of discovery calls and product demonstrations for account executives each week
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with current campaigns, content, and promotions
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions, role-play exercises, and pipeline reviews with the SDR manager
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences tailored to specific industries, personas, and pain points

Requirements & Skills

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead generation experience preferred
  • Recent graduates with strong internship experience or demonstrated communication skills are welcome
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily in a structured and disciplined manner
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft concise and compelling messages
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and maintain positive energy
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technology value propositions
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and a professional background for video calls
