About This Role

NexGrowth Consulting is hiring Business Development Managers for its Delhi NCR sales team. This is a senior individual contributor or team-lead role for professionals with 3–6 years of B2B sales experience. You will own a revenue target, build a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients, and close deals independently. Role Context

NexGrowth provides management consulting, digital transformation advisory, and IT staffing services to companies across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager for Delhi NCR will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Deal sizes range from ₹5 lakh to ₹50 lakh per engagement. You will work closely with the delivery and pre-sales teams to structure proposals. A BDM who consistently meets quarterly targets is promoted to Regional Sales Head within 18–24 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a live pipeline of 30–40 prospects using LinkedIn, referrals, and events
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and needs assessments independently
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing with support from pre-sales
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals within defined discount bands
  • Own quarterly revenue target and report weekly pipeline updates to the sales head
  • Manage key account relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
  • Represent NexGrowth at Delhi NCR industry events and networking forums

Requirements

  • MBA (Sales, Marketing, or General Management) or any graduation with relevant experience
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience — IT services, SaaS, staffing, or consulting preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Strong English communication — written proposals and client presentations
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot)
  • Own vehicle preferred for client meetings across Delhi NCR
