NexGrowth provides management consulting, digital transformation advisory, and IT staffing services to companies across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager for Delhi NCR will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Deal sizes range from ₹5 lakh to ₹50 lakh per engagement. You will work closely with the delivery and pre-sales teams to structure proposals. A BDM who consistently meets quarterly targets is promoted to Regional Sales Head within 18–24 months.
