Real Estate Sales Analyst – CBRE

Responsibilities
- Support senior brokers on commercial real estate leasing, investment sales, and advisory assignments
- Build financial models for property valuations, investment return analysis (IRR, cap rate, NOI), and lease comparisons
- Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, comparable transactions, and property data
- Prepare property marketing materials, offering memoranda, and client presentation packages
- Manage property listing databases and maintain CRM records for client and prospect tracking
- Assist in client pitches, property tours, and proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Real estate license obtained or willingness to obtain within 6 months (CBRE provides support)
- Strong Excel financial modeling skills; Argus experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial drive with genuine interest in commercial real estate markets
- Professional communication and presentation skills for client-facing work
