Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Salesforce

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across assigned industries and territories
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound marketing leads by understanding prospect pain points and business needs
- Schedule discovery calls and demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and contact records in Salesforce CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communications, or related preferred)
- Competitive drive with genuine interest in a career in enterprise software sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone
- Coachable, positive attitude with resilience in the face of rejection
- Prior sales, customer-facing, or outreach experience a plus but not required
