About This Role

Flipkart is hiring Work From Home Telesales Executives for its India remote sales team. This is a full-time, permanent WFH role for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or customer service experience. You will make outbound calls to existing Flipkart users and registered sellers to promote Flipkart's subscription products, seller services, and seasonal offers. Good Hindi and English communication skills are essential. This is a high-incentive role — top performers earn 40–60% of base salary additionally in monthly incentives.

Role Context

Flipkart's telesales team operates remotely and focuses on upselling Flipkart Plus memberships, Flipkart Pay Later upgrades, and advertising packages to registered sellers. You are given a fresh calling list every morning and a daily target of 60–80 calls with a conversion benchmark. A team lead reviews call recordings weekly and coaches you on pitch improvement. Incentive payouts happen monthly and are directly linked to verified conversions — there is no cap on earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Flipkart users and sellers from an assigned leads list
Pitch Flipkart Plus memberships, seller advertising plans, and promotional packages
Understand customer objections and respond using trained rebuttal scripts
Log every call outcome accurately in the sales CRM tool
Meet daily call volume and weekly conversion targets
Coordinate with the team lead for escalated queries or special pricing approvals

Requirements

12th pass or any graduation — freshers welcome
Good spoken Hindi and basic English
Confident, persuasive communication style
Smartphone (Android 10 or above) or laptop for the calling application
Stable broadband or 4G connection
Quiet home workspace

What Flipkart Offers

Fixed CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Monthly incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 additional based on conversions
