Showroom Sales Executive – Electronics & Appliances | Meerut

About This Role

Pioneer Electronics is one of Meerut's established consumer electronics showrooms and is hiring a Sales Executive for its Hapur Road outlet. You will assist customers in selecting televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and mobile phones, process sales, and manage the in-store product display. This role suits candidates with a confident, helpful personality who enjoy interacting with people and want to work in a structured retail sales environment.

Role Context

The showroom handles 30–60 customer visits on weekdays and 80–100 on weekends and festival days. You will be one of 4 sales executives on the floor. The store manager assigns product categories and manages escalations. EMI processing, exchange scheme coordination, and post-sale service registration are part of the daily workflow. Festive seasons (Navratri, Diwali, and New Year) bring the highest footfall and incentive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their product requirements
• Demonstrate product features and recommend suitable models within budget
• Process sales, EMI applications, and exchange scheme paperwork
• Maintain showroom floor — product placement, price tags, and demo readiness
• Follow up with customers on pending inquiries and post-sale service registration
• Meet monthly sales target set by the store manager

Requirements & Skills

• 12th pass or any graduate — prior retail sales experience is an advantage
• Confident Hindi communication and basic product knowledge
• Pleasant appearance and customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory software
• Willing to work weekends and festival days when footfall is highest
