Tourism Sales Executive – Taj Mahal Circuit | Agra | English Speaking

About This Role

Heritage Tourism India is hiring Tourism Sales Executives for its Agra operations. You will handle inbound inquiries from domestic and international tourists interested in the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri circuit. This is a sales and coordination role — you will convert inquiries into confirmed tour bookings, coordinate with licensed guides and transport partners, and ensure high customer satisfaction. English communication is essential as many clients are international travellers.

Role Context

Agra receives over 6 million tourists annually, making it one of India's busiest tourism markets. You will handle leads coming through the company website, travel aggregators, and walk-in inquiries. Sales cycles are short — most bookings confirm within 24 hours. Peak season (October to March) brings significantly higher inquiry volumes and earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tour inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Recommend and quote customised tour packages based on guest preferences
• Confirm bookings, collect advance payments, and issue tour vouchers
• Coordinate with licensed guides, transport vendors, and hotels
• Follow up with guests post-tour for reviews and repeat referrals
• Achieve monthly booking revenue targets set by the operations head

Requirements & Skills

• Any graduation — Tourism or Hospitality background preferred
• Fluent spoken English — mandatory for international client communication
• Deep knowledge of Agra's tourist attractions and travel logistics
• Confident, persuasive communication with a warm and professional manner
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email, and basic booking software
• 1–2 years of tourism or travel sales experience preferred — freshers with excellent English considered
