Fresher Jobs Hub is recruiting a Visual Merchandiser for Walmart's retail team in Bangalore. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and store layouts that attract customers, highlight promotions, and drive retail sales. Your creativity and understanding of consumer behaviour will directly influence the in-store shopping experience at Walmart.

You will work closely with store managers, marketing teams, and category heads to plan and implement display strategies aligned with Walmart's brand standards and seasonal campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Design and set up product displays, window arrangements, and promotional zones
• Implement planogram guidelines across all product categories in the store
• Collaborate with category teams to align displays with promotional calendars
• Conduct regular floor walks to assess display quality and customer engagement
• Update and refresh store displays for seasonal campaigns and new arrivals
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or Design
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience in retail preferred
• Strong creative eye for colour, space, and product presentation
• Understanding of retail floor layout and consumer flow principles
• Physical ability to set up displays and work on the retail floor
