Part-Time Event Promoter Jobs in Delhi for College Students – Weekend Work

About This Role

Fresher Hub is hiring Part-Time Event Promoters for brand activation and promotional campaigns running across Delhi malls, college fests, and public events on weekends. The role involves representing a brand at a stall or booth, engaging with visitors, distributing samples or materials, and collecting contact details from interested prospects. It is active, people-facing work that suits energetic students who are comfortable starting conversations with strangers.

Role Context

Promoter assignments run on Saturdays and Sundays, typically between 10 AM and 6 PM at pre-set locations — malls in Saket, Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar, or outdoor college events. Each assignment is briefed by an event coordinator who explains the brand, the messaging, and the target audience. You will work in a team of 3 to 6 promoters per event, with a team lead present throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the assigned brand at a promotional stall or activation booth
• Engage visitors with an opening line and explain the product or offer clearly
• Distribute samples, flyers, or trial coupons and answer basic product questions
• Collect contact details from interested visitors using a form or tablet
• Maintain the stall appearance and report supply levels to the team lead
• Submit a count of leads collected and interactions logged at the end of each shift

Requirements & Skills

• Currently enrolled in any undergraduate program
• Confident, outgoing personality — comfortable approaching unfamiliar people
• Good spoken Hindi; English is useful for mall and corporate event assignments
• Presentable appearance and ability to stand for extended periods
• Available on both Saturday and Sunday — single-day availability also considered
