Fresher Hub is placing Part-Time Social Media Assistants with small and mid-sized Delhi businesses looking to grow their Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence. Role Context

You will support a marketing coordinator at the client business, helping plan and post content 5 to 6 days a week. Most clients are in retail, food, or service sectors and need consistent posting, story updates, and basic comment management. Work is done partly on-site and partly on your phone or laptop. You will not manage ad budgets in this role — that stays with the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create or source images, reels, and caption copy based on a weekly content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Reply to comments and DMs using pre-approved response templates
• Track basic engagement metrics such as reach, likes, and follower growth weekly
• Research trending audio, hashtags, or formats relevant to the client niche
• Coordinate with the marketing lead before posting time-sensitive content

Requirements & Skills

• Active user of Instagram and at least one other platform
• Basic photo editing using Canva or similar tools
• Good written Hindi or English for caption writing — both is a plus
• Currently pursuing any undergraduate degree; mass comm or marketing preferred
• Comfortable working on-site 3 to 4 hours daily with some flexibility
