Meta is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager focused on B2B AI in New York. This role is at the forefront of Meta's push to position its AI capabilities with enterprise and business audiences — helping companies understand, adopt, and scale Meta AI tools across advertising, automation, and business productivity applications.

You will plan, execute, and scale growth marketing campaigns that connect Meta's B2B AI offering with the right business decision-makers. Working across email, paid digital, events, and content channels, you will identify what drives awareness and adoption among business audiences and build scalable programmes around what works.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and scale growth marketing campaigns targeting B2B AI audiences
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, email, and content channels
• Analyse performance data to inform strategy optimisation and budget allocation
• Design testing frameworks to identify drivers of business audience conversion
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Data Science teams on campaign requirements
• Own quarterly KPIs for B2B AI marketing programme performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B growth or digital marketing experience
• Experience in at least two channels: email, paid digital, content marketing, events, or lifecycle
• A/B testing and performance measurement experience
• SQL proficiency and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Understanding of AI tools and the enterprise AI landscape
• Cross-functional team collaboration and influence experience
