Job Description

Meta is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager in New York to build and execute co-marketing programmes with strategic partners across Meta's business ecosystem. This role sits within the Business Marketing organisation and focuses on developing partner-led campaigns, enablement content, and joint go-to-market initiatives that drive mutual growth for Meta and its partners.

You will work with technology partners, agency partners, and solution providers to create programmes that extend Meta's reach, deepen partner engagement, and drive adoption of Meta's advertising and business tools. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B partner marketing within a technology or platform company context.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute co-marketing programmes with Meta's strategic technology and agency partners
Develop partner enablement content, campaign assets, and joint marketing collateral
Lead joint go-to-market planning with key partner organisations
Coordinate across internal teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Events
Measure partner marketing programme performance and optimise based on results
Identify new partnership marketing opportunities aligned with Meta's business priorities

Requirements:

Experience leading complex cross-functional marketing projects in fast-changing environments
3+ years experience with partner marketing, co-marketing, or channel marketing programmes
Proven track record launching brand campaigns and go-to-market executions with partners
Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with leadership and stakeholders
Understanding of B2B marketing and technology partnership ecosystems
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
