Meta is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Small Business at its Menlo Park headquarters. This role drives and executes marketing strategy for global campaigns across Facebook's small and mid-sized managed advertisers — helping SMBs discover Meta's advertising products, adopt best practices, and grow their businesses through Meta's platforms.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics, partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Data Science teams, and use rigorous testing to identify what moves the needle for SMB advertiser acquisition and retention at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute global growth marketing campaigns for SMB advertisers
• Manage complete campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy and optimisation
• Design and implement testing frameworks to identify conversion and retention drivers
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams on campaign requirements and goals
• Own quarterly KPIs and support international marketing scaling efforts

Requirements:

• 6+ years of marketing or related experience
• Expertise in at least two of: email, Facebook Ads, display, content marketing, digital video, or lifecycle marketing
• A/B testing and lift measurement experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and direct cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of digital advertising landscape and Meta's advertising platform
• SQL and data analysis proficiency preferred
