Meta is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager for WhatsApp at its Menlo Park headquarters. WhatsApp is one of the world's most-used messaging platforms with over 2 billion users globally, and this role is central to building its brand identity, relevance, and affinity — particularly in key growth markets and with younger audiences in the US.

You will lead multi-million dollar brand campaigns, partner with media and creative agencies, and work closely with Product Marketing, Communications, and the global WhatsApp leadership team to define and execute campaigns that build genuine emotional resonance with users and drive long-term product engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution of large-scale brand campaigns for WhatsApp in the US and key markets
• Manage multi-million dollar campaign budgets across paid media, creative production, and agencies
• Partner with media planning and creative agencies on integrated campaign development
• Keep pulse on cultural trends and creator evolution to identify brand opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on outbound messaging and go-to-market alignment
• Track campaign performance and report brand health metrics to leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of brand marketing experience with consumer tech brands at global scale
• Experience leading large multi-million dollar campaigns across media and creative
• Deep understanding of communications, media planning, and creative production
• Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies
• Proven track record launching brand campaigns at scale with measurable impact
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in complex, fast-moving organisations
