Job Description

Meta's AI team is hiring a Consumer Product Marketing Manager specialising in Social AI at its Menlo Park headquarters. This role focuses on bringing Meta AI's social and conversational capabilities to market — helping users across Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Facebook understand, discover, and embrace AI-powered features integrated into their social experiences.

You will lead go-to-market strategy for Social AI product launches, develop audience-first positioning that makes AI accessible and valuable to everyday users, and partner with product, communications, and brand teams to build integrated marketing programmes at a global scale.

Responsibilities:

Lead consumer positioning and messaging for Meta AI's social features and capabilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI product launches across Meta's social apps
Build consumer research frameworks to understand AI feature awareness, perception, and adoption
Partner with product teams to influence AI feature development through market insights
Create integrated marketing programmes in partnership with brand and communications teams
Track and report on adoption metrics and marketing impact for AI features

Requirements:

Experience with consumer product launches at scale — ideally in AI, social, or mobile
Strong audience insight and research skills — understanding how mainstream consumers relate to AI
Proven go-to-market strategy development and execution experience
Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, policy, and communications teams
Data-driven decision-making and analytical marketing skills
Passion for AI and its potential to enhance everyday social experiences
