Meta is seeking a Global Marketing Lead in New York to drive strategy and execution of executive engagement and sponsorship programmes for WhatsApp Business Platform and Business AI. This senior marketing role is focused on accelerating enterprise pipeline through high-touch C-suite relationship building, premium event activations, and integrated sponsorship programmes at major industry events worldwide.

You will manage complex, global, multi-stakeholder programmes spanning multiple geographies and own the full measurement framework — from KPI definition through post-event pipeline attribution. The role requires both strategic vision and meticulous execution capability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies targeting C-suite and VP-level decision-makers with prioritisation frameworks
• Plan and execute premium executive hospitality and sponsorship activations at major industry events
• Define pipeline-linked KPIs and drive post-event action plans ensuring measurable revenue outcomes
• Manage complex global programmes across multiple geographies with vendor and budget oversight
• Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and agency partners on integrated initiatives
• Develop executive thought leadership experiences and networking formats
• Present programme strategies and optimisation results to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years B2B marketing with enterprise engagement and experiential marketing focus
• Track record executing large-scale programmes generating $50M+ in influenced pipeline
• Premium hospitality/sponsorship activation experience with C-suite audiences
• Global, matrixed environment and project management experience (5+ concurrent initiatives)
• Strong analytical orientation with measurement framework expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
