Meta's Business Marketing team is hiring a Creative Director at its Los Angeles office to lead the development of impactful marketing creative across the Business Marketing portfolio. Based at Meta's LA campus at 12777 Jefferson Blvd, you will partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that combine strong brand thinking with measurable performance outcomes.

This is a senior creative leadership position in one of Meta's most visible business marketing teams. You will work across the full marketing mix — from brand campaigns to direct response executions — and use GenAI tools alongside traditional creative methods to build scalable, effective work that resonates with Meta's business audience worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Generate original creative ideas for marketing touchpoints aligned with business objectives
• Lead concept development for campaigns using performance data and trend analysis
• Utilise AI and generative AI tools effectively in creative production workflows
• Guide external agencies and optimise creative testing strategies
• Collaborate across Marketing, Communications, and Media teams on integrated workstreams
• Monitor industry trends and emerging advertising technologies
• Build and energise high-performing creative teams across disciplines

Requirements:

• 12+ years in creative direction, advertising, marketing, or editorial leadership
• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, results-driven campaign work
• AI and generative AI tool proficiency including Adobe Firefly
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Direct response creative experience at scale
• Bachelor's degree in relevant design or advertising field (or equivalent)
