Meta is seeking a Director of Marketing Data Science in New York to lead measurement and analytics initiatives across corporate marketing, public affairs, AI marketing, and communications divisions. This is one of the most senior analytics leadership roles within Meta's global marketing organisation.

You will manage a team of approximately 15 data science professionals, develop high-frequency measurement models for real-time campaign optimisation, and partner with senior leadership to shape marketing strategy across multiple regions. Your work will directly influence how Meta measures and communicates the impact of its largest marketing investments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead measurement of AI Marketing and Corporate Affairs campaigns using high-frequency models
• Partner with senior leadership to design and evaluate campaigns across multiple regions
• Develop new measurement programmes consolidating trackers and enhancing efficiency
• Lead a team of ~15 data science professionals across measurement functions
• Present analytical findings to executive leadership to influence strategic decisions
• Contribute thought leadership through internal publications and recruiting initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years in data science/decision science supporting marketing (8+ with Ph.D.)
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and statistical software including R
• Experience building statistical and computational tools for marketing applications
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, survey design, and statistical methodologies
• Strong leadership and executive communication capabilities
