Role Context

Hootsuite's demand generation team is responsible for generating free trials and demo requests for its social media platform. You will manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn (primary), Meta, and Google, using account-based marketing principles to target specific company sizes and roles. You will also coordinate organic social amplification through Hootsuite's own platform, creating a paid-plus-organic demand engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns for B2B SaaS lead generation
  • Develop audience segments by company size, industry, job function, and intent signals
  • Write and test ad copy across formats — Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, and conversation ads
  • Optimize toward trial sign-up and demo request conversion goals
  • Manage MQL handoff to the SDR team through HubSpot integration
  • Report weekly on paid performance: spend, CPL, MQL rate, pipeline contribution

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 1–3 years managing paid B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and at least one other paid channel
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels — MQL, SQL, pipeline metrics
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Marketo for campaign and lead tracking
  • Strong analytical approach with Google Sheets or Excel comfort
