Hootsuite is hiring a Paid Social and Demand Generation Specialist to run B2B paid acquisition campaigns for Hootsuite's social media management platform. You will manage LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns targeting marketing teams and agencies — using Hootsuite's own social management tools to amplify your paid programs with organic content.
Hootsuite's demand generation team is responsible for generating free trials and demo requests for its social media platform. You will manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn (primary), Meta, and Google, using account-based marketing principles to target specific company sizes and roles. You will also coordinate organic social amplification through Hootsuite's own platform, creating a paid-plus-organic demand engine.
This is an ideal role for a B2B performance marketer who understands LinkedIn advertising deeply and wants to work at a social media software company that lives and breathes the channels they advertise on. SaaS or subscription product marketing experience is a strong differentiator.
