Role Context

You will join a client engagement team serving Fortune 500 brands in financial services, retail, or healthcare. Your role spans strategy and execution — assessing current digital marketing maturity, designing target state operating models, recommending MarTech solutions, and supporting implementation of platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or CDP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct digital marketing audits covering channels, technology, data, and measurement
  • Develop transformation roadmaps for clients moving toward data-driven marketing
  • Support MarTech platform selection and implementation planning
  • Design measurement frameworks and KPI dashboards for enterprise marketing programs
  • Write client-ready strategy decks and executive presentations
  • Facilitate client workshops on audience segmentation, personalization, and attribution

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, marketing technology consulting, or a related role
  • Familiarity with enterprise MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, CDP)
  • Strong consulting skills — structured problem-solving, slide writing, and client communication
  • Understanding of data strategy — CDPs, first-party data, identity resolution
  • Willingness to travel to client sites 20–40% of the time
