Meta is hiring a Paid Social Media Specialist to manage Meta's own brand and product advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. You will use Meta Ads Manager to run awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns promoting Meta's consumer products, hardware (Ray-Ban smart glasses, Quest), and business tools.
This is a unique opportunity to run paid social campaigns on the platform you are advertising on — with access to Meta's internal ad tools, measurement infrastructure, and product roadmap insights. You will work with brand and product marketing managers to execute campaigns that span multiple product lines, managing creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget pacing across large monthly media budgets.
This role is ideal for a paid social specialist who has managed large Meta campaigns and wants to work inside the platform, with access to beta features, internal data, and direct collaboration with Meta's product teams. You should be highly platform-fluent, creative-literate, and comfortable managing significant media budgets with accountability for results.
