Role Context

This is a unique opportunity to run paid social campaigns on the platform you are advertising on — with access to Meta's internal ad tools, measurement infrastructure, and product roadmap insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram
  • Build audience segments using Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and interest targeting
  • Manage creative testing programs across video, carousel, and image ad formats
  • Monitor daily spend pacing and campaign performance against efficiency targets
  • Collaborate with the creative studio team on ad concept development and brief writing
  • Report weekly on reach, frequency, CPC, and conversion metrics to campaign managers

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • 2–4 years managing paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets ($100K+/month)
  • Deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, bidding, and audience tools
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution settings
  • Creative judgment — ability to evaluate ad creative performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting
