About This Role

Google is hiring a Digital Advertising Analyst to support Google's Large Customer Sales team in analyzing advertiser campaign performance and delivering data-driven media recommendations. You will work with Fortune 500 clients and their agencies to optimize Google Ads, YouTube, and Display campaigns using Google's own measurement and analytics tools.

Role Context

You will be embedded in a client-facing team that manages Google Ads relationships for large advertisers. Your role is primarily analytical — interpreting campaign data, building performance dashboards in Looker Studio, running reach and frequency analyses using Google's measurement tools, and presenting findings to agency media buyers and client marketing directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Google Ads, YouTube, and DV360 campaign performance for large advertiser accounts
  • Build Looker Studio dashboards for ongoing client reporting and QBRs
  • Run audience insights, attribution analyses, and brand lift study results
  • Identify campaign optimization opportunities across bidding, targeting, and creative
  • Support pitch decks for upsell proposals with relevant performance benchmarks
  • Present analytical findings in client meetings alongside Account Managers

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
  • Google Ads certification preferred
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
  • Clear presentation skills — able to build and deliver client-facing data slides
  • Familiarity with video advertising measurement (VCR, brand lift, reach/frequency)
